• Order information: what you purchased, billing address if provided, and gift card or membership activity. Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment processor and never stored by us.
• Content you post: blog comments, reviews, and, for Creators, your shop profile, pattern listings, and application details.
• Newsletter signup: your email address, if you subscribe.
• Usage information: browser type, device, and anonymous analytics that help us improve the site.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Process orders and deliver files to your Digital Library.
• Send order confirmations, download links, and account emails.
• Run creator accounts: applications, listings, sales reporting, and payouts.
• Send our newsletter, if you asked for it (unsubscribe anytime).
• Provide customer support and keep the community safe.
• Improve and personalize the website and our offerings.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only when needed to run the platform:

• Payment processing: Stripe handles payments and, for Creators, payout-related information.
• Hosting & storage: our website, database, and pattern files run on trusted cloud providers (such as Vercel and Amazon Web Services).
• Email delivery: transactional and newsletter emails are sent through our email service provider.
• Sign in with Google: if you choose it, Google shares your basic profile with us to create your account.
• Creators: designers see order information needed to understand their own sales; they may not use it for their own marketing.
• Legal requirements: when required to comply with the law.

4. What Others Can See

Blog comments are public and shown with your account name. Creator shop pages are public, including the shop name, bio, and picture the Creator chooses to share. Your purchases, Library, and email address are never public.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences (like your cart), and gather anonymous analytics. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features, like staying logged in, may stop working without them.

6. Data Security & Retention

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted passwords and secure, signed download links. We keep your data while your account is active or as needed to meet legal obligations (such as order records). No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
